Summer of Innovation

Bring a challenge to the Summer of Innovation

Is there a problem your organisation would like fresh perspectives on? Share it with us for consideration in the Summer of Innovation project selection.

You don’t need a polished brief or a solution in mind. A few sentences about a real problem are enough to start the conversation.

What we ask of challenge-givers

If your challenge is selected, we’ll ask you to:

  • Brief the student team: explain the problem and share the context they need to understand it.
  • Engage with their approach: be open to questions, fresh perspectives and discussing possible directions.
  • Give feedback as needed: help the team check its assumptions and respond to ideas as they develop.

Submitting a challenge is an expression of interest. We’ll discuss the scope and expected involvement with you before you commit. Student teams will explore possible approaches; a finished solution isn’t guaranteed.

Tell us about your challenge

Fields marked * are required. Your name, organisation and email help us follow up with you.

If your challenge is selected, would you be able to brief the student team, answer questions and give feedback? *

Choose the option that best reflects your current position. Neither option commits you; we’ll discuss the scope and expected involvement with you first.
